Types of Fine Art Prints I Offer

A living room with a dark blue wall, a mustard yellow chair with a decorative pillow, a black side table with a blue vase and dried plants, a blue circular rug, and a landscape canvas painting of trees and fog on the wall.

There really isn’t anything quite like settling to watch a sunset over a beautiful vista after a long climb. The sense of accomplishment, coupled with the feeling of wonder at the beauty of nature, to paraphrase one of my favorite photographers, Nigel Danson, doesn’t get any better.

Though I can’t bring you to the mountain, I hope I can give you some of that same feeling by offering my work in the form of a fine art print. I offer several options to choose from. These high quality prints show off my work at its best, highlighting the vibrant colors and fine detail prevalent in my photographs.

Prints are packaged and shipped securely, and most arrive in 2-3 weeks or less. Shipping is free within the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact me for quotes for international destinations.

Limited Gallery Prints Fulfilled with Saal-Digital

I offer a limited number of select images as Gallery Prints. Full review of this type of prints can be found here.

Gallery Prints combines are a combination of direct printing on acrylic and a reinforcing aluminum plate, creating a unique effect. The innovative combination of an acrylic surface with a stabilising aluminium composite sheet provides an impressive choice benefitting from the best properties of both materials: staggering brilliance and depth as well as durability and stability. The remarkable finish of this Wall Art transforms the image into an impressive piece of art and is sure to be the center of attention in any room.

Gallery Prints are available in two different finishes – gloss or matte. The glossy finish offers a brilliant finish with breathtaking vibrancy. The matte version prevents reflections while delivering superior depth.

All prints come with an aluminum subframe. With about 0.4 in of space between the picture and wall, your Wall Art will appear as if floating in the air

Metal Prints Fulfilled with Pintique

Display the artwork on metal for a uniquely modern look that enhances pictures with an HD quality. To achieve the incomparable brilliance of metal pictures, photographs are not etched or printed on a metal plate, but are made with a process called dye sublimation, a printing method that infuses ink into the surface of an aluminum sheet using a combination of heat and pressure.

Metal prints are a fantastic way to fill the canvas that is a blank wall in your work or living space. Hanging a high resolution photograph of a landscape, piece of macro photography, or fine art piece in a large size can have a huge impact on any room and help set the tone of an environment. Metal prints are offered in standard and panoramic sizes, which are perfect for displaying breathtaking vistas.

Metal prints come with a wall float mount and included mounting hardware. With this versatile, straightforward way to hang up your print, an aluminum wall float offsets your piece from the wall with a 3/4 inch raised bumper.

Standard, Matted, and Fine Art Prints

My prints are professional quality photo prints printed using an emulsion printing on a silver halide photo paper with lustre finish. If you would like a deep matte or a pearlescent (metallic) finished paper is also available, and I can advise you whether your specific image would lend itself well to that type of paper.

My matted prints use Crescent white, acid-free mats, and come with a backer board and a resealable clear bag.
